It was night. The seasonally cold weather had started. There was an occasional rattle in the kitchen. We realized we weren’t alone.
Time to put out a trap.
Borrowed one from a neighbor, and placed an order to buy our own.
The trap had a mouse in a few hours.
The trap didn’t hurt anyone and even allowed me to go eye to eye with the surprise guest before letting it escape back to nature.
